Abstract In this paper, the focus is on examining astrological aspects related to Elam, particularly from the Mesopotamian perspective, emphasizing Assyrian and Babylonian texts from the 1^st Millennium BC. This brief exploration encompasses a diverse array of texts, including oracles, prophecies, and astrological predictions concerning Elam, its king, and the Elamite people. The discussed texts forecast significant events such as the demise of the Elamite king, Elam’s defeat in battles, its destruction, and other catastrophic social occurrences.
