We cordially invite you to submit your manuscripts to be published in the special issue “Nature in Ancient Iranian Arts and Texts”.

The topic welcomes different approaches, as well as interdisciplinary studies, in connection with “nature” in its broadest sense. The approaches and areas may include, but certainly not limited to:

• landscape archaeology
• aesthetics (such as environmental aesthetics, and ecological aesthetics)
• iconography
• text-based studies
• glyptics and sigillography

The issue will be published in August 2023.
